The MJT waterjet system is designed for heavy industrial use in a wide range of industries where other cutting methods, such as laser, router, milling or plasma and not desirable. While waterjet is not always the best method of cutting, it is the most flexible cutting system available, since it can cut literally any material. We help our customers evaluate different cutting methods to see if waterjet makes sense, and analyze pros and cons of each method to identify which system provides the best ROI and lowest cost per part. Waterjet machines are used in a vast range of manufacturing sectors in Canada and beyond.

The MJT is designed with durability in mind. The tank is built of thick plate steel, with galvanized steel slats and slat supports to resist corrosion. Thick, heavy duty bellows keep out water and abrasive and protect the automatically lubricated helical rack and pinion motion system. Bosh Rexroth Intensifier technology and Bosch Controller provide a globally recognized platform designed for heavy industrial use. Waterjet offers a very versatile cutting technology when plasma, laser, router, or CNC milling do not provide the desired result. With no burrs, no heat affected zones, and an ability to cut ALL materials on the same machine, the MJT waterjet is a valuable addition to your shop.
